1973 - Company Founding

It all started in 1973 when brothers Ivan and Gilson founded a machining workshop and began making replacement parts for industries in the Sorocaba region.

In 1990, the first Brazilian electronic Warp Tying Machine, the ICS 20, was launched.

In 2009, Áquila was launched — a new concept of a compact, robust, and easy-to-use Warp Tying Machine.

In 2012, Castilho launched Áquila Tork, specially developed for high-performance yarns.
